I’m a Women’s Health Coach dedicated to helping women move through life’s transitions - from motherhood to perimenopause to the everyday chaos - with strength, calm, and clarity, so they can feel rooted now and age with confidence.After years of chasing health through perfection - strict routines, marathons, and trying to get it all “right” - I ended up anxious, burned out, and disconnected from my body. Motherhood only deepened that feeling of being lost, like I was constantly pouring out but never filling back up.The shift came when I stopped pushing and started rebuilding from the inside out - through nervous system care, strength training, gut health, and deep rest.
